We're creating a more vibrant Dixwell community.
Over the years, we've created and run award winning education, employment, health, housing, and child care programs. Dixwell Opposes Alcoholism (which later became Dixwell Recovery Services) and the African American Against AIDS brought thoughtful, culturally relevant solutions to addressing complex community issues. Our services have evolved with community needs. From Dixwell day camps and biddy basketball leagues in the 70's to building MaCabe Manor in the 80's and conducting summer academic support to youth with Saint Luke's Church today, Dixwell Neighborhood Corporation listens to residents and invests in their future.

Today we provide services that help families attain sustainability. These include direct and referral services. We partner with several groups to amplify our impact in the community. These partnerships bring our work and staff into other organizations to support their efforts and achieve mutual outcomes.
